The good folks at Barrett Design and Development have released a teaser site for their newest project, Four Forty Atlantic in Boerum Hill.
Located at 440 Atlantic Avenue between Nevins and Bond, the six-story development will offer eight condominiums, with a launch date in 2014. The building will have ground-floor retail and outdoor recreation space on the roof.
Barrett bought the property for $2.35 million, according to public records. The developer then demolished the existing buildings on the 90-foot lot — two gray townhouses at 438 and 440 Atlantic, Brownstoner reported.
Previous Barrett projects include six-unit townhouse conversion 123 Fort Greene Place, which launched sales in February, and 17-unit conversion 25 Carroll Street.
The Corcoran Group is marketing the development.
