Seems like 383 Sorauren always has a community event on the go. We’ve checked out their organic herb market and barbeque and other activities that have connected the Gairloch and Centrestone Urban Developments Inc. project to its Roncesvalles neighbours and future area residents.
Now, 383 Sorauren is hosting a buyer’s seminar on Tuesday October 22nd at 6:30pm at the on-site sales centre. The condo curious will learn all about the ins and outs of purchasing a new condo and how it differs from buying a house. Attendees will also receive intel on all the nitty-gritty financial details including a how-to guide for being pre-approved for a mortgage. For a well-rounded take on the purchasing experience, the panel of experts will include a sales and marketing representative, a lawyer specializing in condominiums and a key banking representative.
It’s also worth stopping by the sales centre (also at 383 Sorauren Avenue) to see what’s new at the 11-storey boutique building. Back in July, the sales centre had a makeover when renowned graffiti artist Matt McNaught took to the south side walls and painted a mural depicting elements of Canadian culture.
Designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance, the mid-rise condo is sure to re-imagine the existing structure into contemporary and comfortable lofts.
