A five-floor townhouse is on the market at 260 8th Street in Park Slope.
Located between Fourth and Fifth avenues, the new building is asking $2.999 million for the whole two-unit, 12-room shebang.
The ground and cellar levels are a one-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex with with a recreation room and rear yard. The upper unit, the “owner’s triplex,” has a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, dining area and half bathroom, with a double-height ceiling open to the third level. The third floor features two bedrooms, a laundry room and bathroom, while the fourth floor contains the master suite, along with outdoor space.
The interiors have central A/C, tankless water heaters, walnut hardwood floors, Carrara and Calcutta (all the C’s!) marble baths, recessed lighting and video intercom on every floor.
