Elad Group‘s delicate prewar conversion 22 Central Park South has landed.

Right next to the Plaza Hotel, the revamped seven-unit landmarked building has six full-floor, two-bedroom residences overlooking Central Park. The top two floors will be occupied by a 2,943-square-foot penthouse with three private outdoor terraces totaling 909 square feet. Pricing ranges from $6.7 million to $26.5 million for the penthouse.
