Park Slope is set for a new building at 192 15th Street.
The four-story, four-unit project will be designed by Brooklyn-based Zproekt Architecture, according to a plan exam application filed September 13th.
The property, a vacant lot located between Fourth and Fifth avenues, sold to Jericho Homes Inc. in December 2012 for $900,000, according to public records. Then Jericho Homes sold the land to BK Developers through 192 15th Development LLC for $1 million in June 2013.
BK Developers’ past projects in the neighborhood include 362 12th Street, 370 12th Street and 394 12th Street.
