Upper East Side conversion 150 East 72nd Street has gotten the offering-plan OK by the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
The development by Macklowe Properties has reached over $100 million in sales. Redesigned by Handel Architects and Moed de Armas & Shannon, the 100-year-old building offers two- to four-bedroom residences ranging from 2,300 square feet to 4,500 square feet.

The eat-in kitchens feature large slab marble countertops and backsplashes, custom wood cabinetry and Miele appliances. Master bathrooms are fitted with a freestanding bathtub, custom vanities and marble slab floors, walls and countertops.
As for amenities, residents get a gym, children’s playroom and multipurpose room available for hosting dinners and events.
The building’s recent sales include Penthouse South, a $10 million three-bedroom unit measuring 2,461 square feet.
