12 East 13th Street in Greenwich Village is launching sales next month.
The eight-unit garage-to-condo conversion is being developed by DHA Capital. CetraRuddy will be doing the architecture and interiors. The apartments will include a triplex, duplexes, full-floor homes and one half-floor condo, with retail space on the ground floor. Many of the units have outdoor space, and pricing ranges up from $7.5 million to $28.5 million.
Three- and four-bedrooms measure between 2,800 to 4,800 square feet, while a five-bedroom penthouse clocks in at over 5,600 square feet.
The 1930 building, which originally had eight floors, will be topped by a four-story glass structure. It’s also getting a new facade with elongated bricks to make the windows wider.
Amenities include an automated parking space and at least one private storage unit for each home, 24-hour concierge, fitness room and bicycle storage.
Cantor-Pecorella is marketing the property, which is slated for completion in Spring 2015. Visit the teaser site here.
