Now, the official site for the Adjmi & Andreoli-designed project has come to us, like we always knew it would.
To recap, residences at the 18-unit building by VE Equities have 11-foot ceilings (penthouse ceilings go up to 18’4″), 6’10” x 10’10” windows set in powder-coated aluminum frames, wide-plank 6″ white oak flooring, in-unit washer/dryer, pre-wiring at windows for motorized shade control and recessed-lighting kitchens with gray oak center islands. Master bathrooms have stone flooring, statuary marble tiles and soaking tubs.
Pricing for available units starts at $4.4 million for a 1,897-square-foot three-bedroom. There are four duplex penthouses, and the biggest one of all measures 7,061 square feet, with a private pool on the 3,168-square-foot roof terrace.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, gym, bicycle/stroller storage, private storage, library and courtyard garden with stone benches. The public spaces and courtyard garden were designed by Sawyer|Berson.
Douglas Elliman is handling marketing at the building. Now go, before the entire project melts in air like an exquisite Snapchat from Fredrik Eklund.
