The nine-story, 19-unit Tribeca building designed by Adjmi & Andreoli has drawn a bevy of fans, including Leonardo DiCaprio, who recently toured the project, The New York Post reported. Leo checked out a 7,061-square-foot, $40 million triplex penthouse with private parking and a private rooftop with a pool. That unit, complete with 19-foot ceilings, will be featured on the third season of Million Dollar Listing New York, according to the Post.
11 North Moore residences include entry galleries, massive windows, chef’s kitchens with center islands, windowed private hallways, master suites with dressing rooms and in-unit washer/dryer.
Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes are marketing the property.
