The latest new-old rentals have been released into the wild at 103 East 86th Street in Carnegie Hill.
Pricing for available units at the renovated 1914 building starts at $11,500 a month, according to the official site. The development will offer two- to four-bedroom residences.
Located off Park Avenue, the 13-story building was spruced up by Stonehenge, which purchased the 48-unit property for $76 million in 2012, the New York Observer reported. The 90,000-square-foot structure traded for $850 a square foot, or $1.575 million per apartment.
“There are almost no luxury rental buildings left on the Upper East Side,” Stonehenge’s Ofer Yardeni told the New York Post, since most prime rentals are being transformed into condos.
Steven Kratchman Architect, PC was the architect of record for the renovations.
