Toronto’s West Queen West neighbourhood has long been known as the birthplace of everything cutting-edge, from avant garde art to experimental theatre, and trend-setting eateries. The site of Pemberton Group’s newest condominium community – Ten93 Queen West, has recently been home to series of creative pop-up events. And now BevLab offers the opportunity for Torontonians to experience and participate in the future of beverage flavours at this pop-up laboratory.

Join I & J Ideations in partnership with the Theatre Centre at 1095 Queen St. W., where participants can provide input on what flavours they find appealing, which smells enhance the taste of a drink, and how carbonation affects their enjoyment. Tasters will also have the chance to concoct their own beverages too.

Pop by daily from 11 am to 8 pm from now until September 11th or participate in one of the co-creation workshops:

  • Friday September 6th: 6:30 to 8 pm.
  • Saturday September 7th: 2 to 3:30 pm.
  • Sunday September 8th: 2 to 3:30 pm.

Ten93 Queen West will embody an intoxicating energy all of its own in the centre of the dynamic West Queen West scene. To keep up to date on this raw, organic new condo coming soon to this unscripted neighbourhood, and to stay on top of upcoming events, register now at
