Condos at the 22-story, 54-unit Morningside Heights development by Artimus Construction went on the market in August. Pricing for available units ranges from $875,000 for a studio to $2.214 million for a three-bedroom. Already, 17 units are in contract.

Residences feature brushed oak hardwood floors, large windows and open kitchens, according to the official site. Master bathrooms have custom cabinetry, soaking tubs and extra-wide sinks, and all bathrooms are fitted with Grohe fixtures and warm finishes. Most units come with balconies or terraces.
Amenities include a doorman, rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen, gym, package delivery and cold storage for groceries and a 20-year 421a tax abatement.
