In anticipation of its upcoming construction launch in October, the Benvenuto Group has joined forces with McGill Immobilier for a new sales and marketing partnership to promote Le Peterson.

The downtown Montreal condo, a project by the Benvenuto Group and Malen Capital, is a 31-storey residence in the vibrant Quartier des Spectacles district. Located at Rue de Bleury and Rue de la Concorde, the enviable address is close to McGill University, Université du Québec à Montréal, Place des Arts, and Place des Arts Metro Station.

Designed by Bruno St Jean of NEUF, the distinctive architecture of the condo has already garnered plenty of attention and was already 50 per cent sold out earlier this summer.

McGill Immobilier owners Patrice Groleau and Debby Doktorczyk expressed their delight in the project.

Le Peterson is exactly our type of project. Its innovative design and quality profile is the type of project on which we have built our reputation,” said Debby Doktorczyk.

Benvenuto Group President Mitchell Abrahams also expressed excitement in the partnership.

“As Québec’s established condo sales and marketing leader, Montréal-based McGill Immobilier is a natural fit for us, as we prepare for the construction launch of Le Peterson in mid-October,” he said.

As part of the build up to the construction milestone, Le Peterson will be hosting a kick off party on Thursday September 19th from 5:30 to 9pm at 405 De La Concorde Street. A taste of what residents will experience while living in the main cultural hub of the city, artists from the Francofolies, Just for Laughs and Montreal en Lumiere will all be on hand.

For condo-seekers looking to live in a dynamic part of the city, Le Peterson also offers exceptional views of the city as each of the 253 suites within the building come with a balcony. The residences are also equipped with contemporary finishes, glass showers, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

Suites start from $214,900.
