The 12-story, 104-unit development by Naftali Group kicked off leasing in July, and residents have begun to move in. Pricing begins at $2,150 for a studio, $2,500 for a one-bedroom and $3,800 for a two-bedroom. Karl Fischer designed the building, and Andres Escobar & Associates did the interiors.
Residences have floor-to-ceiling windows, solid white oak hardwood floors, individually controlled heating, generous closets and in-unit washer/dryer. Kitchens are fitted with white Caesarstone countertops, white porcelain tiled backsplashes and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms come with imported Spanish porcelain tiles, soaking tubs and for some apartments, walk-in showers. Select residences have private balconies or terraces.
Amenities include a doorman, resident lounge with wet bar, furnished landscaped courtyard, gym and roof deck with cabanas and Manhattan views. Individual storage rooms and onsite parking are available for lease.
Aptsandlofts.com is marketing the property. You can take a peek inside the glass-front building at the official site.
