With over $50 million sold since sales launched in May, it’s been a very busy summer indeed at Evolution in Calgary’s East Village.
Developer Embassy Bosa’s signature concrete construction has been a real selling point with buyers, along with the spacious floor plans and incredible views. And of course, Evolution’s East Village neighbourhood has its own draw, especially since it was announced that the CHARCUT Roast House, Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters and Sidewalk Citizen Bakery will be moving into the neighbourhood in early 2015.
There’s also been plenty of action at the Evolution construction site, with a second crane going up in August. This of course has increased the pace of concrete pours and the process anticipated to be above grade in October. Once out of the ground, you’ll really start to see the building take shape. A third crane will then be installed later this fall as site preparations are made for the excavation of Evolution’s second tower.
Embassy Bosa is also gearing up for the official release of the fall collection later this month — 40 select two-bedroom homes starting from $420,000. We’ll be sure to share you with more information about that as soon as we have it. In the meantime, check out Evolution for yourself by visiting the sales centre at 553 Riverfront Ave in Calgary.
