We have to hand it to Mason Studio, the firm tasked with designing the sales centre of DUKE Condos. The space’s warmth and distinctive aesthetic – think terrariums, subdued lighting, and vintage collections – fits the vibe of The Junction neighbourhood. The west Toronto area is known for its salvage shops, cafes, and arts scene and it’s easy to see how these neighbourhood features were integrated into the presentation space.

A project by TAS, DUKE Condos is gearing up for its grand opening on October 5th and 6th. We thought we’d drop by their community event before the big kick off:

DUKE Condos Dundas

We thought the gallery wall, complete with video, renderings of the project and local hotspots was a lovely feature in the sales centre.

Fitting for a Junction project, there were lots of fun vintage and salvage design elements throughout the space.

The event was catered by Jayne’s Catering and even had a special draft beer by Junction Craft Brewing.

Duke Condos Quadrangle This is one scale model you have to see from every angle. The structure’s staggered shape ensures that it fits the scale of the neighbourhood.
