Since winter is the season of hibernation, the start of fall turns us into much more social creatures. Good thing Castelnau, a DevMcGill project in downtown Montreal, is throwing an Autumn Cocktail party on Thursday September 26th from 5 to 7pm.
Visit the sales centre at 7410 Boul. St-Laurent for your chance to mix and mingle with the city’s movers and shakers. Spearheaded by Mixte Magazine, known for making networking connections among top Quebec businesses, the event will feature special fall cocktails and harvest-themed appetizers.
Attendees of the affair will also have the opportunity to rub elbows with with Serge Savard of the real estate firm TMSA as well as automotive journalist Jacques Duval.
The project, which is being built in four phases, will also have Phase III floorplans available as well as a model suite. Representatives from the project’s design partners KebecSon, Mobilia and Miele will also be on hand.
If you can’t wait to see the model suite, check out pictures of the space here:
Suites in Castlenau Phase II start from $160,000.
