Alfa Development’s Hershey warehouse conversion at 117-119 West 21st Street will have sweet, sweet full-floor apartments.
Located between Sixth and Seventh avenues, the 12-story Chelsea development will boast just ten units spread across 32,541 square feet of residential space. Eight of the ten homes will be full-floor residences, and the other two will be duplexes, according to a permit filed September 13th. Expect storage and parking at the building, which will be designed by William Alicea.
Alfa bought the vacant four-story warehouse in 2012 for $12 million, Crain’s reported.
The site is down the block from Alfa’s sold-out Chelsea Green project at 151 West 21st Street. The eco-conscious 51-unit development topped out in February, and move-ins are expected later this year.
