Williamsburg rental 50 North 5th is officially kicking off leasing this Saturday.

The seven-story, 229-unit development by Mack Real Estate Group comes with over 15,000 square feet of amenity space. Williamsburg-based CLO-TH Interiors designed the residences. Pricing begins at $2,600 per month for a studio, $3,000 for a one-bedroom and $4,500 for a two-bedroom. There are also penthouse two-bedroom units, which will start at over $7,000 per month.

The apartments have oak hardwood floors, windows with custom solar shades, walk-in closets, in-unit washer/dryers and kitchens with Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances and eat-in areas. Some residences are fitted with private terraces.

About that amenity space: Residents get concierge service, 24-hour doorman, pet spa, lobby lounge with communal work space and morning breakfast bar, lower courtyard with a waterfall, upper courtyard with a bocce ball court, an indoor basketball and volleyball court, two-level gym with yoga room and a gaming lounge. There’s also on-site parking, additional storage and a rooftop with sundeck, outdoor showers and barbecue grill.
