Harlem mini-condo conversion Saint Anne’s Court at 48 West 138th Street is over 50 percent sold.
The six-story development, which offers studios and one-bedrooms measuring 500 square feet or less, has 47 out of 88 units in contract. Pricing for available units ranges from $149,067 to $326,545.
Residences have exposed brick, solid wood flooring, open living rooms with cove lighting and stainless steel kitchens with dishwashers. Amenities include a virtual doorman and planted backyard.
The building was originally constructed in 1940 as a rental; G4 Development purchased the site for $8.3 million in 2012, The Real Deal reported. “What we’re very proud of is that we’ve maintained the original Art Deco detail in the building and exposed a lot of the brick, while adding all the modern touches and conveniences,” Jason Behfarin, a principal with G4 Development, told The Real Deal.
Bohemia Realty Group and Rubicon Property are marketing the building.
