The 53-condo project by Metro Loft will be designed by CetraRuddy. The landmarked building, which dates back to the 1880s, will offer 45 lofts and 8 penthouses. Continuing the trend of ample-sized Tribeca units, lofts will range from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet, while penthouses will measure 3,500 to 9,500 square feet.
The facade and courtyard of the historical building will be restored, and the project is aiming for LEED certification.
Cantor-Pecorella will be handling marketing and sales at the property. Sales will start in early 2014, and the building is expected to be completed in 2015.
