The Beyer Blinder Belle-designed building by Gale International features 12 condos over 15 stories. MR Architecture + Decor is doing the interiors.
The official site puts the four full-floor penthouses up top and center. Here’s the rundown of these terraced babies, which start on the eleventh floor:
- Penthouse 1, a four-bedroom measuring 4,841 square feet, is “intimately zoned to maximize private and shared spaces,” with twin terraces and “ample art walls.” There’s a master suite in the west wing.
- Penthouse 2, a four-bedroom measuring 4,663 square feet, has a 75-foot southern terrace and an east wing master suite.
- Penthouse 3, a three-bedroom measuring 4,352 square feet, has a kitchen that flows into the dining space for entertaining. The residence is capped with a rooftop solarium and “838 square feet of additional rooftop terracing.”
- Penthouse 4, a three-bedroom measuring 2,710 square feet, occupies the fourteenth and fifteenth floors. This “shimmering duplex of seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces” includes a glass-walled bedroom integrated curtain system for privacy, en-suite study with adjacent meditation terrace and panoramic 360-degree views.
Oh, and the “tower homes” from the second to tenth floors measure 1,302 square feet each.
Look on these renderings, ye mighty, and… do the opposite of despair. Guys, there’s a hot tub on the private terrace!
