One Thousand Museum 8-20 2 We got a whiff of new renderings at Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum, including some long-awaited residential interiors.

Located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami, the 62-story, 83-unit development by Gregg Covin and Louis Birdman features a bold exoskeleton wrapped around a recessed glass facade. Pricing for the units will range from $4.5 million to $30 million. Residences will have spacious, minimalist kitchens with a choice of finishes for custom cabinetry, private terraces and automated Crestron home systems, according to the official site.

Obviously, the development is a feast for the eyes, but what about the other senses? Fear not, luxury nose hounds: all interior amenity spaces, including the lobby, wellness and spa levels, aquatic center and sky lounge, are lightly perfumed with signature scents designed by 12.29 “olfactory consultants,” who were inspired by Hadid’s architectural vision. Residences can also be enhanced with one of those custom concoctions or an entirely new fragrance. Scent us up!
