Another penthouse at Tribeca’s The Leonard is up for grabs.
Located at 101 Leonard Street, the 66-unit, 12-story Neoclassical conversion by Bizzi and Partners launched sales in July. Penthouse A, a four-bedroom measuring 2,837 square feet, is asking $6 million.
The penthouse has south and west exposures, a grand foyer entry and gallery leading into a great room, windowed kitchen with dining/breakfast bar area, master bedroom with walk-in closet and a private roof terrace. The prewar building with a solid brick and limestone facade offers one- to four-bedroom apartments with ceilings ranging from 10.5 feet to 18 feet.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, concierge, gym, children’s playroom, cold storage and bicycle storage. The rooftop terrace has lounge seating, barbecue and grilling facilities and a garden.
So far, 12 out of 66 units are in contract. Douglas Elliman is marketing the property. Look at the floorplan here.
