After a very successful registration, all 50 of the units in Broccolini’s Park Towns have been sold. It only took a matter of hours to sell every unit in the hotly anticipated development. Impressive, no?
Located at Bayview Avenue and Sheppard Avenue, Park Towns is the first residential development in Toronto by the Montreal-based developer.
The success of Park Towns comes at a time when many experts are predicting a downturn in Toronto’s housing market.
Broccolini’s Vice President, Business Development and Finance, Michael Broccolini said he believes the market is still strong.
“We believe the sheer speed at which residences sold out demonstrates the strength of this market, particularly when consumers are presented with quality products and such remarkable value,” said Broccolini.
Slated to begin construction in early 2014, purchasers are clearly eager to move into their new townhome at Park Towns.
The collection of 50 urban townhomes boast brownstone-inspired architecture and family friendly one, two, and three bedroom designs that were created by SMV Architects and interior design firm Bryon Patton and Associates.
