As construction moves along for HFZ Capital’s Halcyon, the glassy/classy Midtown East project is releasing fresh new units.
Located at 305 East 51st Street, the 123-unit, 32-story tower was designed by SLCE Architects. Russell Groves did the interiors. Residences have 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling double pane windows, white marble master bathrooms with deep soaking bathtubs and custom Poliform kitchens in Calacatta Gold marble.
The latest four apartments on the market range from a one-bedroom asking $1.345 million to a two-bedroom asking $2.5 million. Occupancy is slated for early 2015.
Here’s the layout for Unit 12C, the 747-square-foot one-bedroom asking $1.345 million:
And the floorplan for Unit 5B, a 1,620-square-foot two-bedroom asking $2.48 million:
Amenities include a doorman, concierge, courtyard, 50-foot indoor pool with spa and sauna, fitness center with private training rooms, library, parking, playroom and lounge with catering kitchen.
We’re still waiting for the penthouses, which will tout private terraces, wood-burning fireplaces and pretty views of the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building.
