Pricing ranges from approximately $515,000 to $870,000. Occupancy is slated for early fall 2013.
The brownstone, originally constructed in 1899, was restored and renovated by AQC Architects. The lobby and common areas retained the marble entry vestibule, marble staircases and wood wainscoting.
