Located at 540 West 149th Street, the development by JAM Equities has four residences, all with outdoor space. There are two one-bedrooms each measuring 740 square feet, a 1,020-square-foot two-bedroom duplex and a 1,255-square-foot two-bedroom with a private garden. Pricing ranges from approximately $515,000 to $870,000. Occupancy is slated for early fall 2013.

The brownstone, originally constructed in 1899, was restored and renovated by AQC Architects. The lobby and common areas retained the marble entry vestibule, marble staircases and wood wainscoting.

The apartments have white oak wood flooring, white marble kitchens and bathrooms, central air conditioning, fireplaces, exposed brick walls, in-unit washer/dryer and oversized windows. Amenities include a virtual doorman and a package room.
