Located on an eight-acre site in the Intracoastal Waterway, the complex will have 160 residences total in twin 16-story towers, with pricing starting at $1.7 million, according to the official site. Unit sizes will range from 2,585 square feet to over 5,600 square feet. Homes will have 10-foot ceilings, 10-foot-deep balconies, floor-to-ceiling glass on all exterior walls, open-plan living areas, private elevator access and outdoor summer kitchens. Penthouse units will come with private rooftops and pools.
Property amenities include a concierge, valet, outdoor whirlpool, lap pool, lighted tennis court, jogging trail, private jetty for guest boat landing and fishing, private marina with boat slips available for purchase, private beach and beach club, pet grooming area, kids’ playground and private garages available for purchases. Both Privé towers will feature a two-story, 10,000-square-foot gym and spa, toddler playroom, game room, private dining room with catering kitchen, dining terrace, wine cellar and tasting room, cigar lounge, guest suites available for purchase and business center.
The private island is being developed by Privé Developers LLC, an affiliate company of Gary Cohen and BH3. The developer bought the land from the Cohen family, The Real Deal reported.
