The 20-story, 60-unit project by Macklowe Properties is over 30 percent sold. Pricing for available condominiums ranges from $3.75 million to $27 million.

Apartments feature open-flow layouts, solid oak flooring, new casement windows and large master suites with walk-in closets. Moed de Armas & Shannon and Handel Architects reimagined the 1940 building with spacious eat-in kitchens, subtle Art Deco motifs and Michelangelo marble slabs in the master bath walls and floors (want more design secrets?
