DSC_0055 The Regent Park Farmers’ Market celebrated its grand opening on July 3rd. The joint pilot project between The Daniels Corporation and Toronto Community Housing is the newest addition to the ongoing revitalization project.

The market is a place for small plot growers and artisan food creators to come together and offer residents and visitors fresh organic produce, baked goods, spices, cheeses, flowers and more.

Chefs from Daniels' Paintbox Bistro walked the market and bought a bunch of ingredients that they then used for a cook-off at the market.

The Regent Park Farmers Market runs every Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm throughout the summer and is located on Regent Park Boulevard beside Daniels Spectrum.
