The last listing for what was the most expensive condo on the Vancouver real estate market, located in the Fairmont Pacific Rim, is no longer online. Presumably someone purchased the $21 million home, which means there’s a new king of expensive condos in town.
A little digging around turns up the online ad for the Two Harbour Green penthouse in Coal Harbour. The home is listed at $19,880,000, and includes 6,025-square-feet of living space.
- Three bedrooms
- Four and a half bathrooms
- Four parking spaces
- 360 degree views at the top of the 32-storey waterfront tower
- Double-height living room with floor-to-ceiling windows
- Private rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi
The building, located at 1139 West Cordova Street, boasts 24-hour concierge service, an indoor pool, sauna, virtual golf room and a social lounge. So, is all that worth nearly $20 million to you?
The most expensive condo to ever sell in Vancouver went for $25 million less than a month and half ago. And if the other Fairmont Pacific Rim suite (the one we mentioned at the top of this post) fetched the $21 million asking price, it’s not unreasonable to think the Two Harbourgreen penthouse will be snatched up sooner rather than later.
Seems Vancouver’s luxury condo market is in not too bad of shape.
