Screen shot 2013-07-30 at 11.52.41 AM Lago Condos held a special event for future residents who have a natural green thumb and for those who want to work on their gardening skills.

Etobicoke’s Humber Bay Shores were the setting for an information session with Frankie Flowers, one of Canada’s most well known garden experts from Breakfast Television and Cityline.

Frankie gave Lago purchasers advice on how to create a tropicalized-Toronto feel with the latest landscaping techniques for outdoor terraces and balcony gardens.

Frankie’s spoke on a range of green topics, from how to add colour and texture to gardens to what types of plants are good for different purposes.

Following his presentation, Frankie stuck around to answer questions from guests at the event.

Lago itself is surrounded by nature as it’s located across from the beautiful Humber Bay Park.

Lago’s suites have floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto wrap around balconies, a perfect place to entertain friends and family.

Designed by Graziani and Corazza Architects, Lago’s appearance was inspired by water.
The tower will stand 49 storeys tall and feature a three storey podium.

The Monarch development’s modern and functional suites range in size from 367 square feet to 1408 square feet and start at $199,900.

Commuting will be faster for Lago residents as the Gardiner Expressway is located minutes away and a streetcar stop is located outside the door.

Lago‘s prime location surrounded by amenities and breathtaking views of the city are just one of the reasons Lago is 75 per cent sold.
