We caught up this week with the progress of the eight-story, 11-unit development rising at 199 Mott Street.
The residential project by Alfa Development will be designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, according to this plan exam application filed in January. There will be ground-level retail and a rooftop terrace.
The developer bought the 5,000-square-foot plot for $9 million in 2010 with plans for a hotel designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group, Curbed reported. The apartments will start on the second floor, with a penthouse on the eighth level, according to this Schedule A filing.
Unit sizes will range from 1,300 square feet to over 3,000 square feet, with pricing starting at approximately $2 million, Curbed reported.
