Construction is underway at 12 East 13th Street in Greenwich Village.
The eight-unit, 12-story conversion is designed by Cetra/Ruddy. Developer DHA Capital bought the site, originally a parking garage, for $32 million in 2012, Globe Street reported.
The apartments will range in size from three to four bedrooms, with pricing starting at $7.5 million, according to the sales team at Cantor & Pecorella, which is marketing the property. The amenities will include full-time concierge/doorman, parking, gym, private storage and bicycle storage.
