Neoclassical Tribeca conversion The Leonard has launched sales.
The 66-unit,12-story project by Italian developer Bizzi & Partners is located at 101 Leonard Street. The prewar building, done up in solid brick and limestone, offers one- to four-bedroom lofts with ceilings reaching up to 18 feet.
Pricing for available units starts at $1.3 million for a one-bedroom measuring 835 square feet. The most expensive unit on the market is Penthouse B, which is asking $5.5 million for a four-bedroom measuring 2,666 square feet.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, concierge, gym, children’s playroom, cold storage and bicycle storage. The rooftop terrace has lounge seating, barbecue and grilling facilities and a “modern vertical garden,” according to the official site. SLCE Architects is designing the building.
