10 Madison Square West has released a new batch of units for the ravenous luxury conversion hordes.
The 125-unit, 16-story project by The Witkoff Group offers one- to five-bedroom residences, and it’s been selling like gangbusters overlooking the park. Alan Wanzenberg redesigned the 1915 Flatiron building, and Goldstein, Hill & West is the architect of record.
The latest four available condominiums range from Unit 7C, a 1,433-square-foot two-bedroom asking $3.9 million, to Unit 4G, a 2,354-square-foot three-bedroom asking $5.6 million.
Amenities include a doorman, concierge, porter, live-in resident manager, private residents’ club, gym with private steam rooms and saunas, 60-foot lap pool, hot tub, yoga studio, spa treatment room, children’s playroom, private storage, bike storage and courtyard garden.
