Formerly The Perry South Beach, the LEED certified project at 2399 Collins Avenue will be the first of a new line of luxury green hotels by Starwood Capital. The building, which is undergoing a $100 renovation, will have 417 hotel rooms and 163 residences ranging from one- to four-bedrooms. Pricing starts at $650,000 and will go up ‘n over $6.5 million.
Most apartments will have views of the Atlantic Ocean, with unit sizes from 830 to 4,280 square feet. Condos will be retrofitted with energy-efficient casement windows and sliding glass doors onto private terraces, according to Luxurious Magazine. Residences will get to enjoy the 40,000-square-foot spa plus fitness center, restaurants, shopping and 24-hour in-home dining, along with concierge services around the clock. There’s also 600 feet of beachfront with private beach amenities.
