It’s been just over a week since Vancouver saw its most expensive condo sale ever, and already another high-end, high-price offering has hit the market.
Like its predecessor, this costly condo also calls the Fairmont Pacific Rim home. But unlike the $28.8 million “Penthouse One” listing (which actually sold for $25 million), the asking price here is only $21 million!
Of course, that gets you little bit less living space, but we’re sure you’ll find it quite commodious.
“Massive entry doors open to a grand welcome area and into an open plan living room, kitchen and entertaining area,” reads the MLS listing.
“Ultra modern, luxury residence distinctly designed to capture and maximize incredible water and mountain views. Enjoy the AMX system; a single system approach to managing and simplifying a wide range of devices and systems on an easy touch screen: shades, lighting, music and drapes. Miele cooktop, dishwasher and steam oven, Kappa espresso [machine], SubZero fridge,” the sales pitch continues.
The rest of the goods:

- Additional costs: $34,756 in taxes and $2,656 in monthly maintenance fees
