There is affordability, value and ocean-side living to be had in one Lower Mainland community: Tsawwassen Shores.
Recently Aquilini Development opened the doors on the project’s furnished model homes, which offer a closer look at some of Tsawwassen Shores 18 unique designs — from the 1,265-square-foot Pender bungalow to the 2,057-square-foot Valdes plan.
For those not in the know, Tsawwassen Shores is part of a multi-phase, master-planned community of single-family and multi-family homes. When its four phases are complete, the community will boast approximately 2,200 homes, bringing an estimated 5,200 new residents to Tsawwassen, which currently has a population of about 21,000.
The development will also include a school and be situated next to the forthcoming 1.8-million-square-foot shopping centre Tsawwassen Mills by Ivanhoé Cambridge.
The first phase of Tsawwassen Shores will be be comprised of just 20 single family homes, so don’t wait to tour the new furnished model suites and sales centre at 1875 Tsawwassen Drive, open daily (except Fridays) from 12pm to 5pm.
