Sunrise Terrace, a new mixed-use condo project at 31-32 Union Street in Flushing, has sold out, DelShah Capital announced today.
The five-story, 28-unit building offers one- to three-bedroom homes with high ceilings, wide-plank Brazilian walnut wood flooring, walk-in closets, oversized windows, Jacuzzi air jet bathtubs, in-unit washer/dryer, balconies and terraces.
The development also has community facilities and on-site parking. The total sellout of the condo portion was over $19.225 million. The ground-floor commercial space was sold for $3.5 million to Queens Library for use as a new branch.
