Downtown Burlington’s Bridgewater waterfront is ready to undergo a significant transformation after years of planning.
At an event held on June 25th, Mayrose-Tycon announced MADY Development Corporation as the builder of the planned mixed-use project that will contain condos, hotel and retail space.
Mayrose-Tycon has owned the property for more than two decades and the new development is expected to breathe new life into Burlington’s waterfront.
Upon completion, the development will feature an eight storey 152 unit four-star hotel and 170 luxury condominium units across two towers with commercial retail space on the ground floor. The condo component will be called Burlington on the Water and will feature interior design by Gluckstein Design and architecture by Page + Steele and IBI Group.
