DSC_0400 ELAD Canada Inc. is giving the Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue area a modern facelift, bringing a chic new development to the neighbourhood.

The developer’s Emerald City Condominiums is already one of the most sought after projects in North York. And, the new Parkway Forest Community Centre that ELAD Canada is building, will give potential purchasers even more reasons to buy.

ELAD Canada just broke ground at the community centre’s site on June 21st with help from Ward 33 Don Valley East City Councillor Shelley Carroll.
