The bare-bones project page on East River Partners’ site has taunted us for weeks, but now we have more details:
Permits were filed June 6th to beef up the unit sizes at the properties; 272 West 86th Street is being redesigned as three units, while 274 West 86th Street’s is going from ten to six units. 276 West 86th Street‘s ten residences will be revamped into three units — two duplexes and a triplex topper, according to this Schedule A filing.
K Square Designs Architecture is the design firm for the project.
The five-story French Neo-Renaissance townhouses hit the market in 2011 with an asking price of $19.5 million, according to The Real Deal.
