The 167-unit, 15-story building by The Related Group and Strategic Properties was designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa with “clean elegant lines reminiscent of a luxury ocean liner,” according to the brochure on the site.. Design firm Baltus did the interiors and gave the project its name.
The development has studio to two-bedroom apartments starting at $230,000. Residence sizes range from 530 square feet to 1,160 square feet. Homes will have floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies a-plenty and gourmet exhibition kitchens with European cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and imported porcelain tile flooring. There’s a seventh-floor lounge with a whirlpool, chaises, cabanas and a 55-foot-long pool overlooking Biscayne Bay. Amenities include a media room, gym with bay views and rooftop decks with wood tile walkways, summer kitchens and plunge pools.
