We caught a render-glimpse inside 64 Bayard Street, the 52-unit condo slowly rising near McCarren Park in Williamsburg.
The six-story development, tentatively named Bayard House, will have basement parking and a gym, as well as common and private rooftop terraces, according to the official site of project architect GreenbergFarrow.
The developers are Brend Renovation Corporation and Hudson Companies. The most recent project permit was filed in April, and Brownstoner captured some construction shots of the building earlier this spring.
