Luxury coversion 530 Park Avenue is releasing two serious-business units for sale.
The 119-unit prewar building, redesigned by Handel Architects, offers one- to five-bedroom homes with interiors by William T. Georgis Architect. Apartments have custom finished herringbone pattern hardwood floors, plaster hand-finished cove crown moldings, gourmet kitchens with Italian granite countertops and smart heating and air conditioning systems. The bathrooms are fitted with stone-top vanities, nickel-plated medicine cabinets and glass-enclosed marble shower stalls.
Let’s talk about the new gracious/spacious units on the block: the just-released 18th-floor, five-bedroom residence measures 5,500 square feet and has three terraces. Take a look at the floorplan, which incorporates two separate dressing rooms, an eat-in kitchen with pantry and a library:
Next up is the second-floor 11,626-square-foot townhouse, which boasts a 2,500-square-foot master suite as well as another four bedrooms and six full baths. The full-floor townhouse also has its own gated private street entry.
RFR Holdings is the developer. “These residences are stand-outs — it is almost impossible to find a 11,000-square-foot home on one floor anywhere in the Upper East Side,” RFR Holdings co-founder Aby Rosen said in a statement. Buyers will also have the ability to customize the floor plans, in case none of the existing layouts match their fancy.
Now have some of that sweet, sweet 18th-floor terrace:
