33 East 74th Street, a conversion near the Whitney Museum, is coming to market in the fall.
A listing is up on Douglas Elliman’s site for the ten-condominium project designed by Beyer Blinder Belle. Champalimaud Design will be doing the interiors. The site was originally six historic rowhouses, which developer Daniel Straus bought from the Whitney in 2010.
The conversion will have seven stories, with three- to five-bedroom apartments “priced from approximately $13 million,” according to the teaser site. Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, gym and private storage.
