We’ve got an early look at a 19-story mixed-use project scheduled to (relatively) soar at 172-174 Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights.
The building by Bonjour Capital will be designed by Daniel Goldner Architects and have 66 units, according to the most recent permit, filed March 26th.
Demolition at the site, formerly home to the Irish pub Eamonn’s and a Hallmark store next door, started in January, Brooklyn Heights Blog reported.
The 8,150-square-foot property traded in June 2012 for $12 million, or $200 per buildable foot. The building is not located inside the Brooklyn Heights Landmark District, which sets a 50-foot height limit.
