The 57-unit building by developer BRP Companies will be designed by Curtis + Ginsberg Architects, according to this plan exam filed June 6th. There will be 13,655 square feet of commercial space and 48,802 square feet of residential. The project will include enclosed parking, 29 bike spaces, a storage room, recreation room and private terraces for some of the residences.
The site for Curtis + Ginsberg Architects, where we discovered the rendering below, indicates that the development will be sustainable, with market-rate housing, two commercial floors for rent and a 4,000-square-foot roof terrace.
