The swanky 450-unit, 52-story project designed by Arquitectonica unveiled a bold new advertisement this week. The slogan: “UNFAIR housing.”
Several reasons you should be junior-high jealous of the 1300 South Miami Avenue hotel-condo development: the interiors are by Philipe Starck and the ground-level retail includes Katsuya by Stark, Bazaar by Jose Andres and a restaurant by Michael Schwartz of Michael Genuine. The ninth floor features a 200-foot-long pool, spa deck and lounge, while the residences start from the 10th floor, with 11 units per floor. Amenities include a party room, screening room, business center with private meeting rooms, sky roof, spa, fitness center, ballroom, garden club and jazz lounge.
The condos, which range in price from $307,500 to over $754,000, will be completed in 2015. And presumably, buyers will roll out of bed every morning with sexy beach hair and model-toned physiques.
