Related Group SLS Brickell unfair copy Listen up, Fives; a Ten is speaking. As in, Miami’s SLS Brickell by Related Group, who totally can’t be seen with you right now, at least not with your current hair and shoes and face.

The swanky 450-unit, 52-story project designed by Arquitectonica unveiled a bold new advertisement this week. The slogan: “UNFAIR housing.”

Several reasons you should be junior-high jealous of the 1300 South Miami Avenue hotel-condo development: the interiors are by Philipe Starck and the ground-level retail includes Katsuya by Stark, Bazaar by Jose Andres and a restaurant by Michael Schwartz of Michael Genuine. The ninth floor features a 200-foot-long pool, spa deck and lounge, while the residences start from the 10th floor, with 11 units per floor. Amenities include a party room, screening room, business center with private meeting rooms, sky roof, spa, fitness center, ballroom, garden club and jazz lounge.

The condos, which range in price from $307,500 to over $754,000, will be completed in 2015. And presumably, buyers will roll out of bed every morning with sexy beach hair and model-toned physiques.

Here’s the full ad below, which Related tweeted today. Nothing like a little elitism to get our yacht motors running:
